Happy Chinese New Year!

It's been a few days since the CNY holidays. I hope those who have celebrated enjoyed themselves getting ang baos and gambling with your family and relatives! :) It's the year of the dragon and TV shows have been spamming zodiac shiz all over the place and I don't know which one to believe. Either way, just stay in luck people!

Also, do share your ang bao money some time!
CARING IS SHARING and SHARING IS CARING. :p
Oh and some bakkwa would be nice. Hee hee.

Well, for me, I stayed at home and rot. Well, not exactly. I tried doing my work and I had my own plans as well. It went really fast and soon enough, it was back to school. For 3 days. So, now it's the weekends again. Happy saturday by the way! :D

Two days ago (Thursday), it was the B'girls div's first match with Nanhua high. Saying that we were nervous was such an understatement. The umpire came ridiculously late and the game was held back and all we could do was wait and throw a few balls here and there. Other than that, we were almost peeing in our pants.

Or not.
I'm just exaggarating.

Anyway, the match didn't turn out so well though.
15-0.
They won, we did not.
It was sad because.... I played really really badly. :/
I made so much bloody mistakes, I feel like punching my own face.
Oh well, things happen.

BUT!!!!!
I'm so so so proud of the rest of my softballers because they played well and we had the spirit, so with that, I'm not exactly disappointed with the game that day! :)

Other than that, school's been school.
It's all the usual.
I don't know what else to blog about and I have to get ready to go out.
So, that should be it!

Goodbye lovelies!

XO.

So far, so hectic

Gotta love my girls for making days better :)

Hello! So it has been approximately 2 weeks or so since I last posted. And guess what?! It's already 22nd of January, which is like 11 days away before February starts. Wow, just wow. Not going to elaborate on how much the time freaking flies, but damn, the past few weeks have been pretty much hectic.

There hasn't been much time for me to just sit back, relax and have a sip of coffee. Okay, maybe not coffee because I don't drink those stuff. Forget about tea because I hate those stuff as well....

As I was saying, I haven't gotten the time to just browse through the internet and laugh at stupid things, or just blog. Well, I do still laugh at stupid things in the internet, but it's mostly twitter and facebook, the usual. Other than that, I'm either training my ass off in the field, or buried my head in the books just to complete my never-ending homework.

It was expected, nevertheless but it's just the beginning so I shouldn't complain much. I actually have to be thankful that I can still have a bit of fresh air and at least breathe. Also, I can actually surf the internet once in a while and tweet non-stop about my not-so-interesting life, which I tweet anyway.

So let's move on to a couple of things that have occurred so far. Such as...

 Sec 1 Camp 2012.

Leader, Thinker, Learner

It had been such a great experience, being my second and last sec one camp here in AES. Once again, I had been a planner but this time, for a different game, Golden Field. I might say it wasn't easy planning the game and executing it as well, but with my station masters; Rina, Stacey, Louis Julian and Metichai, everything went surprisingly well. Our game was such a success despite the fact that we didn't even had a complete dry-run the other day because we took too much time setting up. Our hard work did pay off and I enjoyed myself with their company as well :)

Other than our oh-so-wonderful game, other activities during the camp such as the Night Walk (which turned out to be an entertaining chatting session with a bunch of people because we got rejected from our duties), Campfire (which I had to be the emcee with Munchelou and I was almost hyperventilating because I was chosen to replace the last minute but it went unexpectedly well!) and Telematch (with the awesome music in the background and powerful dance moves, what else did we need?) were a blast as well. It was all because of the people around me. The SCs were such great influences in terms of being hyper active that it wasn't possible not to be dragged in the craziness.

Those three days had passed incredibly fast, each day ending with exhausted bodies and minds. However, all of us managed to do it, plan a Sec 1 Camp and execute it. We learnt so much things and as usual, there were many bumps and obstacles that had to be faced, but it was all good in the end.

Lastly, it was such a memorable experience so I'd like to thank my Golden Field station masters, planners, instructors, welfare team, logistics team, campfire team, teachers and of course, the sec 1 students. They had been such a joy to be with and I hope they enjoyed the camp as much as I did :)

Softball trainings.

Thank you, Mr Liu!

Softball trainings had been going insane for the past few days because our competition is literally days away and I am literally hyperventilating right now. Cue gif.

I'm so exhausted after every training, it's not even funny. The whole situation is not even funny because our three games will be with Nan Hua High (which coincidentally is Marissa's school), Methodist Girls' and Dunman High. Well, isn't that fun. And we aren't ready one bit, it's so depressing and nerve-wrecking. However, we just have to train what we've got right now and play our best, I guess.

Ahhh, who am I kidding, I'm still nervous to my wits because our first game is next Thursday and it's on homeground itself! Damn. Anyway, apart from trainings, we had to say our farewell to Mr Liu as he had been shifted to another CCA (apparently NPCC, which suits his army style much much more). It's sad news because he has done so so much for softball that we've actually changed to a better CCA compared to the previous years.

I just want to thank him for the sacrifices and the wonderful things he had done for the team and we will surely give our best to make him proud. Despite hating his punishments etc, it was all for a reason and AES softball team had been out of line but now, we are definitely on the right path, thanks to Mr Liu for pushing all of us back on track. :)

One direction Infection.

Uh-huh, I'm still a directioner and proud to be one! Their new music video, One Thing, is out and everybody, as in literally (or maybe not) everybody is singing at least a part of it. It's just too addicting, that you can't help but belt out the lyrics. Especially, "SHOUT ME OUT OF THE SKY, YOU'RE MY KRYPTONITE!" If you knew the song, you would have sung it in your head, like what I did while I was typing it. :p

I've been fan-girling over them as usual. At home, outside, in school, in class, during CCA. Everywhere. Well, I have my limits and there are more dedicated directioners out there who I respect truly, but I do keep my fan-girling to a minimum because I still do have to worry about a couple more other things. Either way, being able to fan-girl all I want in school is not much of a problem because there a bunch of directioners I know (even guys, my brother including) and some people who are actually fond of their songs as well.

Even though there are some who are the so-called "haters", they are just ignored by me. Done and done. It wasn't worth arguing over stuff such that whether the boys were "gay or not", and ya-da ya-da ya-da. I'd rather use my saliva on singing out the songs than quarelling with somebody who doesn't appreciate my admiration for a band.

Funnily enough, One Direction is a hot topic in my class because whenever our maths teacher says "direction" or specifically "one direction" mathematically, the whole class goes berserk. Some of us (mainly the blue door guards consisting of Catherine, Sarah, Kimmy and myself) are cheering on while most of the boys are like boooooo! It's quite funny actually because even some of the teachers are claiming why the class gets rowdy whenever One Direction is mentioned. Influences, of course.

Nevertheless, I'm still loving One Direction and I can't wait for their concert here in Singapore because seriously, I will be going for that. No doubt. Well, that's what I have in mind. I just hope it wouldn't clash with anything important, if not I would have to stab myself virtually.

That should be all and I know for three weeks, that's very little things but trust me, there's a whole lot more but I'm just too lazy to talk about it, and mostly everything is on twitter, so just look it out there :)

I should get some sleep soon because there's work later! Dang it.

HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR EVE! :D

Ciao!

First day of school in 2012

And today was the first day of my sec four life in 2012!!!

Truthfully, it hadn't been that much eventful. Just that, we were introduced to our teachers, ya-da ya-da ya-da. Also, our new classroom! Which is at the top floor a.k.a 6th floor. Yes, we have to climb up six torturing floors just to get to our classroom to study. Well, that's a whole lot of exercise.

Anyway, our new form teacher is Mr Tang! Yee hee. I guess he's a nice teacher and all, very patient with us so far during physics lesson. So it wouldn't be all that bad for this whole year, and our co-form would be Mrs Norman. Apparently, she's preggo and gonna burst any time soon. Haha.

Also, there's a few changes on the subject teachers like both maths and social studies. They seem alright to me, and I hope they can just help me with my studies... especially social studies. Because of some traumatizing moments during last year's lessons with Ms Wa-, someone. hahaha. I've got a good feeling about this though.

Oh and guess what?!

I'm in CLB!

Okay maybe it's no big deal, but I gotta admit! My life is officially made easier. Woop woop. Sorry to those chinese/mandarin lovers, but I just can't deal with that subject for nuts. :B

Oh and did I mention we have a new principal? She seems nice.... but as always, never judge a  book by its cover. Furthermore, I heard female principals are strict to the core. Oh well, we'll see :)

I guess that should be all! I would probably post when a week is over, or so and I'm getting pretty lazy. Real work starts tomorrow since today was all introduction and all those usual shiz.

Goodnight and goodbye!

2012

Happy new year! :) A new year, a new change. And it's finally 2012! 2011 went INCREDIBLY fast, it's not even funny. Or maybe it is... but that's not the point. Either way, before the New Year, there was Christmas which had been a bit rough on the edges since there were some issues but it was all cleared before the whole new year which is great! A belated Merry Christmas by the way :)

This year is definitely going to be stressed up because guess what! It's... it's.....it's my O-level year! *cue hyperventilation*

image

Okay, maybe I'm not that paranoid. But there's just so many advantages and disadvantages about all these, and I don't know where to start. First of all, I'm leaving AES soon! After my big Os and getting my results, and bam! Graduated after a whole 4 years in this secondary school which had made a great impact on me some way or another.

As always, people have said that your high school years would always be the best and I've always believed in it, because after being here for about 3 years, I've met wonderful people that have made my life in this school, so much more worth it and fun. I did not regret it one bit, despite the fact that I wasn't even intending to come to this school. Anyway, enough about the history of my choices for secondary schools. I should leave it for another post when the day is near.

Another thing is that, it's going to be a great leap to a higher form of education right after this. And I'm growing older (but not really taller) every single year, and it's crazily fast. I would want it to stop, or maybe pause for a while because good moments have passed too quickly, and even bad memories are going to be missed. Things have happened, mistakes were made but I've never regretted to what is in the present right now.

I know it's going to be a whole year before I leave this school, but as 2011 went by, it's not going to be impossible for 2012 to go as fast, in a blink of an eye. I'm almost going to spend the whole year preparing for the big exams, and getting ready for my next step in life. It's like a turning point and I'm sure it's going to be really stressful. I just hope I'm prepared for it.

Therefore, my new year's resolution is to Stop procrastinating! And being lazy. I seriously have to get rid of those qualities if not I'm royally screwed.

Anyway, that should be all for now :) I hope school's going to be fine. I've missed my friends and classmates. I can't wait to see them soon! Till I blog again!

P/S: 2012!!!!!!!!! You know it, the special year when everyone is going to die. Hurray.

Toodles!

Get me out of this boring hole

Hello :)
I'm pretty much stuck at home this whole week.
Not literally stuck, but I was just cooping myself inside this place for about a few days now.
I know, sad life I have.
But there's really nothing much to do especially when you're broke. :/

So, I've been watching a few movies on my lappy.
Breaking Dawn Part 1 being one of them.
And damn, that was some insane stuff. *spoiler alert*
Especially when she delivers that vampire baby?
Daaaamn, that gotta hurt.
Truth be told, I skipped some stuff because the quality sucked...
and I couldn't understand half of what they were saying.
Sorry twihard fans! Heh.
It was a cool movie. I'm looking forward for part 2 :)

I also watched The Butterfly Effect and Ashton Kutcher stars in it!
Incredibly gooood movie.
Totally mind-effs you real hard, but its totally worth it.
The plot is just so darn good!
Its basically about this guy who has the ability to go back to the past,
once he reads his journal that contained all the things,
that could have made changes to what he is in the present.
Pretty mixed up but its really mind blowing.
Totally recommended to watch! :-)

Basically that's what I have been doing!
And this morning, I went to bukit batok nature park with Rina & Stacey.
We had a small session of morning exercise and glad enough,
something exciting happened.
Monkeys almost chased us when we were on the way back.
Okay, maybe it was only me.
But I had to run because it was getting too darn close!
Who wouldn't run, tell me?!
So, I did run...

and scream.
Hahaha, totally girl moment there.

The monkey followed me for a few centimetres and stopped,
but I was still running like a mad cavewoman.
Crazy, I know.
The monkey was probably thinking, "Calm yo tits, bruh".
Thing is, Rina & Stacey joined anyway when they weren't even chased. LOL.

So, yeah.
Little interesting event right there. Fun huh.

Either way, I'm pretty stoked tomorrow because I'm finally getting out of this boring hole!
Going out with Rina, Noob & Sabby. Can't wait!

Oh and fingers crossed that Stacey would be able to hook me up with the job she recommended.
Woop! :~)

Having an early night! And yes, 11.40pm is early to me.

Happy humpday

Oh hello thereeeeeee :)
So, I've been pretty much out the whole day and I actually spent it with the wolves girls!
We went over the Shandy's place and just chilled.
Basically we just watched movies (three actually!), ate like nobody's beezwax and watch more TV.
Good stuff.

We actually watched 'Urban Legend: Bloody Mary' which is definitely a horror movie and it is SICK.
Sick as in gory sick slash scary and sick as in awesome sick! (Hope you got that)
It actually shows the way how 'Mary' was killed,
and how she comes back to hunt the children of those who was part of her death.
The suspense is just killing and the sudden pop-ups are just crazy scary.
Still, totally enjoyed the movie because of the unnecessary screams, and the totally good plot!

Then, we watched 'Phat Girlz' which is extremely inspirational.
Its about this lady being pretty plum and she goes for a vacation, meets a smokin' Nigerian.
Who actually falls for her because plum girls are actually pretty popular in Nigeria.
And she has a passion for fashion too, plus her dream is to have a fashion line for plus sizes.
Really really sweet movie and couldn't help melting over the couple :')
Oh and PHAT refers to Pretty Hot And Thick! Woop!

Lastly, we watched 'Taxi' which is really cool!
This failed cop actually tries to catch these robbers (whom are actually 4 hot ladies),
and he drags in a woman who drives a taxi cab (and its Queen Latifah!).
So both of them has to make a plan to catch the robbers.
Its really thrilling and funny as well. Its a good movie!

We had pizza for dinner (NOMMERS!) too and that's how our day was spent.
Really really lazy day but I had fun :-)
Thanks to Banana, Noob, Rina & Shand! ♥♥♥

Alrighty, I have to sleep soon.
Softball training in the morning, then Sec 1 camp dry-run tomorrow.
Ugh.

P/S: I want to get 'Up All Night' album... but i'm broke :(
PP/S: 17 more days to Christmas! Woop woop!

Woop

Hello :) Its currently 1.52am right now and I am still awake! Not a surprise there.
But I don't have to wake up early later so its all good, hehehe.
However, I'll be hanging out with the wolves later on @ Shandy's place. I can't wait though ;)
Missing them like crazy!

Anyway, the softball outing was actually quite fun!
Considering it was the first ever outing, it actually went pretty well. :)
We managed to play some games which was mostly splashing water around,
trying to float but desperately failing and just moving with the waves.
Also, we brought food - a lot of them - and managed to fill our tummies. NOMMERS!
Lastly, we successfully surprised Athirah with her advanced birthday cake! Woop :-)
Oh and Happy 15th Birthday Athirah ♥

Overall, the outing was successful and good! :)
Thanks to the girls who made it all worthwhile and fun!
And of course. To Ms Lee, who sacrificed her time to drive all the way to Sentosa,
just to pass us the cutlery & such when she was actually not feeling well.
She's too nice. Get well soon, Ms Lee!

Oh and there was training today, which was hella tiring and it was pretty disappointing
to see only a few people who attended. Meh.
Either way, this coming thursday is the last ever training for this holidays,
so I can barely wait. Woop :-)

Last thing!! I am totally on the christmas mood all of a sudden.
So... I've created a christmas playlist! *yay*
Do I get an award? :D

But seriously, I suggest you get one for your own,
so that you'll get the christmas spirit y'know?
And you can start headbanging to those holiday songs like insane.
Woop woop woop. :-)

I guess that's all! Time to hit the sacks.
Adios! :)

P/S: I haven't said this but. HAPPY DECEMBER!!!!!! ♥♥♥

Stuck

What's up up up up up. So basically, I've been stuck at home for the weekend because I was not forced to. I just had nowhere to go. Meh. My life is seriously a bore. Meh. So, I've been facing this laptop the past few days and just enjoying surfing the whole amazing universe of internet. Yeah... not really, but I'm on it.

Thank God I would be going out tomorrow :-) Pot luck at sentosa with the softballers, heh. At least I can have a breath of outside air. Ha. I sound like I've been confined in a jail or sumfin'. Yeah... not really.

Anyway, I'm pretty much stoked for tomorrow but I'm not sleeping early even though I have to be up early but who caressssssss woo hooooooo.

Oh and I'm back to reading wattpad. Good stuff :) Never fails to make me smile to my ipod like an idiot when I read a funny book. So, yay for that.

And did I mention that we are going to move house, AGAIN? Yep. AGAIN. For the I don't know how many times but I think we only lived here for like one year. -___- Because the tenant is being a toot. So, we have to kinda change house again. Haven't viewed any other houses yet but we're working on it. Hopefully before christmas. Meh, so troublesome! So that means we wouldn't be going back to Philippines. Awww man.

Enough for today.

Goodbye :)

Sick shmick

I look really nerdy there.... in a cool way.

Hey ho! :) So, its been a week or so since I've blogged. And my laziness took over or the fact that there was nothing much to blog. There were trainings here and there, which were mostly PTs because of the bipolar weather. There was Open House too and I was in the PE Department with Syukrina, Nissi & Eugene. It was fine, really slack because all we had to do was explain stuff. We almost spent the whole time walking up and down the whole school, haaa.

Other than that, I can't remember half of the things I did this whole week. LOL.

OH! News flash. I'm sick. Like literally, fever plus flu plus sore throat sick. I know, horrible. But that's what I get for...... I don't know, that's just what you get once in a while if you don't take care of yourself. So, people! Drink lots of water and stay healthy! *advertisement smile*

So, had a temperature this morning and I couldn't go out with the girls today, unfortunately :( And I have one day MC, and that means I won't be going for training tomorrow. But guess what? i'm feeling better already!!! I'm such a wonder woman. Still not going for training though. Meh.

Right, I should be sleeping now! I am still having a slight flu but no fever and no sore throat. woop woop. Still need the rest though.

Goodbye and goodnight :)

Softball Camp 2011

Hey hi ho! :) So I'm back from softball camp, specifically yesterday. Fortunately enough, I managed to get rid of my lazy cells decided to blog tonight. Hooray!

Anyway, the camp was actually pretty fun. Its not really concentrating on Softball since we only had 1 training, considering that it was only for 2 days and 1 night for some reason I don't really care about. We concentrated more on bonding and stuff, so it was quite chillax and all.

Played games on the first day, and for the first game, I actually won as the butt champion. I know right, so badass of me. Yeah... you wouldn't want to know the game........................ Well, if you insist. All of us would be on the mats and we have to push each other out of the mats, with our butts (obviously) and the last man standing wins! And guess who was the last man standing? Obviously not them. But me, hahahahaha. So, yeah, round of applause for me. Thanks.

Played more games like nobody's business on that day. It was pretty insane because one of the games was Captain's Ball but we actually used veggies such as cabbage and pumpkin as the 'ball'. So, it was more of like Captain's Vegetable, hahahaha. The whole courtyard was like showered with veggies. Free veggies!!!! Everyb- oh wait, nobody's dream actually....

Oh and then at night, we had BBQ cum Seniors' Graduation Party. So, it was a blast. BBQ was awesome as expected because the food was nommers, heh. Seriously. The satay was just yummmmmm. The seniors came as well, but not all of them :( Still, we managed to pull of the performance we prepared for them. Which by the way, we practised for only 2 hours. We are the champions, baby. Hope the seniors liked it anyway ;)

Then the next day, which was the last day, we played Water bomb war, as always! Woop woop. Fun stuff, as always. Hehe. We got drenched like crazy because even after the war when we wanted to wash up the pails and such, there were still surprise attacks. So sneaky of them, but it was hilarious. Afterwards, it was training time and we did the normal stuff. Concentrated on throwing and I seriously need to get it right by tomorrow. Hmmmmm...

So, that was actually about it! Our 2 day softball camp :-) We did a whole lot more things but those I mentioned are mostly the main things we did, and i'm just too lazy to go all detailed so please pardon me for that. If I can get a hold of Rawiah's pictures of the camp asap, I would definitely slot it in! Woop.

Thank you softballers for making it worthwhile and incredibly fun! :D There were lots of laughter and I enjoyed it so much. Oh, thank God there was no balloon :/ Well, just a little bit here and there but oh well, it was good enough! And thank you teachers as well!

So, I have training tomorrow once again. AES Open House this Saturday as well! And I'm hosting the PE Department with Syukrina, hehe. If any of you primary school-ers out there are reading this, do come by and maybe you'll like the school or something, and there's gonna be free stuff! :D LOL. Actually, I don't really care. Hahaaaaaaa, so much for advertising. :p

Alrighty, I've got other important stuff to do like paint my nails or eat ice cream or something. :-)

Bayeeeeeeeeee!

Part time owl

Well, hello there. I am basically still alive and awake at this point of time because of....... nothing. I just like being an owl once in a while. Or everyday as a matter of fact. I'm tired but to heck with it, I don't feel like sleeping yet.

My day was spent for preparation for Sec 1 camp in the morning and pretty much that's all. The so-called workshop was actually quite productive, so kudos to the seniors for that. :-) Other than that, my whole day was pretty much boring.

Oh and, softball this coming Monday which I have not prepared for the performance for the seniors yet. Hmmm... Anyway, I know I'll probably pack like at 11pm tomorrow night. And this camp is kind of exciting actually, as I've heard. Hopefully it'll be. Hopefully the balloon won't be there to ruin things. :\

Later's a church day and its the last cat class for this year! :-( However, confirmation year, here I comeeeeeee.

I should probably get some rest now. By the way, happy 20112011! There is no actual reason to celebrate this date but its cool so, yeah.... let's party.

Toodles!

Cambodia Journal

Hey ho! I'm going to transfer what I've written in my journal for the past 8 days I've been in Cambodia, so enjoy! And its gonna be pretty long because we had long bus rides and I had a lot in my mind, heh. Here it goes! :-)

8 Nov 2011, Tuesday
6.10pm
In the bus, Battambang

We 've been in the bus for 2 to 3 to 4 hours. And we're here!

Yeap, that was my first entry. Pretty short huh? LOL.

10.30pm
Guesthouse, Battambang

The guesthouse is crazy different. Way way different than what I expected. Kind of. There's a large amount of insects buzzing like mad and one dropped on my food while I was eating. Perfection! My group did washing of dishes and we were so deprived of water. Its friggin' crazy. But it was a good experience of washing dishes differently. BUT. Another bad thing was that there was a spider, ugh.

First day was actually fine. We managed to move the boxes and luggages fast and effectively through out the whole trip which was good. But there was abit of trouble with the noise level because we did not listen and stayed focus. Instead, we kept making noise. We should be more disciplined.

Overall, the day was okay. We just travelled like nobody's business and finally, we are here at this guesthouse. I wanna sleep. Okay, bye!

That was basically my first day in Cambodia!

9 Nov 2011, Wednesday
7.46am
Guesthouse, Battambang

Good morning! Not such a "good" one because two teachers came to mess with the Atrigo. Annoying pe! All the same old scoldings about this and that. And one incident about us being late for Cambodia meetings, because we discussed about it in twitter. What the heck. Rina & I immediately thought of..... *coughcough* Only the one with the biggest mouth, I must say. Lol.

Anyway, our morning was basically ruined and breakfast just finished. Can't eat malaria pills until one hour later because of milk, lol. Its raining and I'm loving it! I always love rain.

Time to clean the toilets. Yay! -____-

8.00am
Guesthouse, Battambang

Actually there's more time.... So here are a few rules in the guesthouse we must be aware of.

1. Noise discipline
- no noise
- do not disturb the owners
- make as minimal noise as possible in the morning & lights off

2. No showering in doubles
- hygiene purposes
- there's a sickness going around so must be safe
- will waste alot of time

3. Slippers by the staircase to be neat
- don't be messy
- to not block the pathway when going up

4. Do not touch any things belonging to the house
- not ours, don't touch
- mind your own things

5. And some other stuff.

Its raining, man! Hallelujah! Ok. Now, we're waiting to leave the place.

9.16am
In the bus, Battambang

We're leaving for Don Bosco soon. And guess what? We're leaving Battambang TODAY!!! Booooohooooooo. *cry* We spent less than a day here! Unbelievable. And its because of some bird flu. Wamiao. We're gonna leave after lunch and we just got used to the house! Omg... this is sad news, I swear. Stupid birds, spreading their bullshit....

So now, we're in the bus on the way to the school in Don Bosco. I'm sitting with Rizan, and its damn epic. And Banana is on my left. Omg. Bad luck or what! And Rina beside her! More bad luck... sigh. x)

Anyway, the children back in the guesthouse are daaaamn cute! Reminds me of Otep! I miss Otep! :( Okay, the bus... is so bumpy. BYE.

If you're wondering, I'm transferring every single word I wrote at that moment. so, it might be a little retarded. Haha.

11.00am
In the bus, Battambang

We're back from a Don Bosco school. The whole bus is so dang muddy because of our shoes. Poor bus owner... Well, too bad. Muahahahahaha. Anyway, I'm super hungry and I can't wait for lunch! Sadly, its the last meal at the guesthouse. Even though its only been one day we stayed there, we really got to experience a different environment. But mainly, I'm really hungry so I can't think.

Aaaaanyway, Don Bosco school #1 was kind of interesting. We were suppose to do the drainage things, but thanks to the emergency, we had to abort the plan. But we just looked around and stuff. We also helped to clean one of the classrooms because we dirtied it, thanks to the mud. We wrote on the blackboard some stuff and it was fun, I guess. I hope the students will enjoy what we wrote. MEH!!!

Then, we had to make a human chain to pass down the boxes and donate it to the children. I realized we tend to do A LOT of human chains, lol. Its kind of retarded. At least we get to do the job fast, and it also shows teamwork. Yay...

And then that's all actually. Its pretty sad we didn't get to help out with the drainage. Other than that, we hope next year the students would be able to help.

So now, we're on the way to Don bosco school #2!! Let's see how it goes.

12.30pm
In the bus, Battambang

We're on the way back to the guesthouse now. We actually went to Don Bosco school #2. This was the place where the project happened last year, and they sure did a lot of work. While here we are, not even touching the drainage problem. Its quite unfair... Why did the bird flu have to come out of nowhere? Its like came here for nothing, to be frank. I feel damn depressed now. I need food and ice-cream...

We are seriously unlucky. I was pretty stocked on helping out but sigh, we actually have to go back to Siem Reap. We already have an accomodation and I wonder how its gonna be like. Also, there's gonna be other work of us. So hopefully, it'll all be good. Maybe unplanned events are good. :)

2.45pm
In the bus, Battambang

Now we're on the bus, back to Siem Reap. Gonna be a long long long ride. 3 hours actually! And no tidbits!?!?!?! Seriously... i want to eat. I miss ice-cream!!! I want some now. I hope we stop at a petrol station  sooner or later, nyahahaha.

Should I sleep or read a book? Hmm... I'll miss the guesthouse and the family! :-(

6.30pm
In the bus, Siem Reap

We are in the bus on the way for dinner at some probably good restaurant. And our accomodation is like a hotel!? Woo hoo. That's awesome because its more decent and in terms of showering and stuff. BUT, the bad thing is that we are on the top floor with only the pair; Bea & Angela and my buddy; Karshing. Its kind of scary, lol.

10 Nov 2011, Thursday
8.43am
In the bus, Siem Reap

We're in the bus now, once again. We are going to the orphanage to do our CIP because of the problem in Battambang and the teachers kind of explained that it is a blessing in disguise because even if there was no bird flu, its no use helping out in the drainage due to the slight flooding. Also, the students were on a holiday. So here we are, in Siem Reap for the back-up plan and I bet its gonna be good.

Yesterday, we had dinner at some resto which is damn filling and super nice. I mean the guesthouse food was nice too but at least there's no insects dropping on my food. Anyway, it was actually quite fun except the teachers were being dramatic and stuff, wanting a silent meal cause we were making "too much" noise. Meh. Well, screw that because we were rebels, haha. We didn't really stay silent and just kept on talking. I mean it wasn't that bad! It wasn't like we were jumping on tables. Geez. Other than that, dinner was actually quite fun. And from now on, 80% of our meals would be in restos! Awesome x)

After dinner, it was time to get back to the guesthouse and wash-up. There was al the reflection about how we behaved today. Yadayadayadayadayada. But we actually had to brush up on our discipline again. Also, we mainly learned respect. Respect the teachers, respect our own teammates.

Back to our rooms, Karshing and I were pretty paranoid with the unnecessary noises but we drowned those with music and our nonsensical chats. It was okay actually. The toilet was way better to use and it wasn't all that bad. Also, our lights out were at 9.30pm but being rebels (once again), we slept at 10+pm. Haha. It was so damn cold, the thin bed sheets were not helping. I swear I woke up freezing like an ice cube, despite sleeping in my sleeping bag. But I gotta admit, I had a good sleep! Woo hoo! :)

Breakfast time!!! French loaf and omelette! Yumyumnomnomnom. Super yummy and filling. Then we had time to mingle so we went to Bea's place and stuff. We watched TV for a little while and it was fun. we made fun of the channels, heheh. Then, it was time to go!

But found out that Ling Ling was sick :( So we went to see her for a while and she looked horrible. I hope she gets well soon and nothing serious happens. I heard she ate too much and a lot a lot of food... ouch. And she vomitted just now too! So poor thing :( Really pray for her health.

So yeah, that's about it for what happened yesterday night and this morning. And guess what we found out?! The door right opposite mine and Karshing's has no number! Jeng. jeng. jeng. And just now, we heard footsteps and a door closing from our room and it was really loud means the door was near. Jeng. jeng. jeng. Haha. I'm so tired. My hand hurts from writing. I think we're reaching soon! Jeng jeng jeng!

12.27pm
In the bus, Siem Reap

Woaaaaahhhhh. The orphanage was fun :) Its called Little Angels and woah, it was such an experience. We had a bit of a trouble communicating but we managed to do so. Since we're in the cultural exchange, we shared posters and David helped to translate to the students which made everything much easier. The presentation ended within minutes so we just helped out the teaching group with another class.

It actually went really well because we had a youngster as a translator as well. We taught them the nursery rhymes and made them do worksheets but the most interesting one was when we taught them the "everybody dance now" beat clapping. They found it fun and even though it took some time, we finally almost got it! :) It was hilarious as well.

Then we took a break, and I went to carve my name on the leather thingy and the guy was relly nice and he made a simple yet beautiful leather keychain for me :) Totally enjoying at the moment and we will still be going back later on to play games with the children :) I'm spamming happy faces cause i'm happy now :) :) and we're going to eat soon...@ a resto. :) :) Are you irritated? :) Well, here's another one. :) or another one :) And another one. Oh wait, :) One more :)

And so, we're on the bus on the way to lunch and the sun is BURNING! :( Yes, that's a sad face... :( And I guess that's all! :) Hahahaha. Happy face :) Eww... someone just came and started sniffing. Weird face! *_*

Yes, I entertained myself like that. LOL.

1.55pm
In the bus, Siem Reap

Oh hai!!! Just came back from lunch at the same resto. It was filling as usual, but we had a silent meal which was kind of gay. Everyone was like dead so it was pretty boring. But there's something magical that we discovered! There is... is... is... is... WI-FI! Yayayayayayayayay. That's awesome. I'm awesome.

So I went to twitter to tweet and shit. OH! That rhymes :) Aaaaaaanyway, we're on the bus back to Little Angels. Hehehe. Anyway, a joke said by one of the tour guide. Cambodia was the Kingdom of Wonders, but now, its the Kingdom of Water. LOLLLL.

Okay, the sun is still burrrrrrrrrning. Okay. okay. okay. This is gay. I feel like sleeping now... Oh and I think there's a new tour guide taking over David. Now is probably PK, his nickname. He's a runner and he's got a lot of stories uh. But now, I want to sleep. So BYE! Lolololol, no money! no honey!

5.16pm
In the bus, Siem Reap

Wazzap!!! :) Just came back from the 1st day in Little Angels orphanage and it was hella fun! We taught them more of maths and stuff and also we played games like a BOSS! Lol. We played uhh.. "Monkey fruit" also known as "Dog and Bone" and then there was the "Hitting scarf" or something which was like duck duck goose. One word: Hi. Lol. Just kidding. It was hilarious. We kept making unnecessary noises and shouting like nobody's business. It was really fun and the kids were awesome. Like me. :)

And then we taught them how to dance! The funk it funky town song. It was retarded but at least we managed to do it. And there was people who chabot siol! GREEN FORM!! Nyahahaha.

Okay, end of the day!! It was good :) Can't wait to get back there tomorrow! Aaaand we're on the way to the guesthouse :)

11 Nov 2011, Friday (omg, 11/11/11!!! ha.)
7.30am
Guesthouse Lounge, Siem Reap

Good morning :) We're waiting for the rest to come down now and we would leave this place soon for the orphanage. We just had our bedrooms checked and miraculously, it was decent enough to be accepted. Nyahahaha.

Anyway, we had dinner at a different resto yesterday night. It was good too :) Except the wi-fi was damn weak so there was no use trying to log in. Gay!!! Aaaanyway, since the resto was a walking distance from the guesthouse, we had a night walk! It was cool, because we got to see walking green men on the traffic light! Damn badass! Singapore should have them. At least we would get entertainment while walking the road or something.

8.39am
In the bus, Siem Reap

And then we had reflection once again with an extra award from the teachers (which we actually had to pay for -___-)... Coca Cola!!! Yay! Lol. HOw healthy is that? Having coke in the middle of the night during discussion... Anyway, we went to sleep soon and as always, it was damn shiok :)

Except something happened last night when we wanted to on the TV and have some entertainment. It was too soft so we pressed the "+" to increase the volume. And it got too loud so I pressed "-" to decrease the volume. But noooooo... it decided to be a joker and it increased the volume instead! We kept trying and trying but it just got louder no matter which button I pressed. Damn retarded, I swear. In the end, we gave up with the volume 25 (which was extremely loud, I must say) and turned off the TV. How unfair! WHY!!! WHYYYY. WHYYYYYY.

Moving on... This morning before breakfast, we were supposed to gather at 6.30am but some were late and came at 6.33am. 6.33!!! And we got scolded for that ya-da ya-da ya-da. 6.33!!! Horrible vegetable. Then, more nagging and when meal hasn't even started, we got scolded. AGAIN. for chatting. Da heck? Kill to the joy much? Haiyoyo.

So, there was a lot of nagging and shiz and finally BREAKFAST! We had some banana pancake or sumfin'. It was yummy and different :) Then we had bedroom checks as said. And discussion on what we're gonna do later. Brainstorm here and there and we're off to Little Angels!

So here I am, in the bus. As always. Because this is HOME TRULY! Where I know I must be... STEP. hahaha. Okay, we're on the way to the orphanage to teach and have some more fun. yeehee :) Don't forget, i'm awesome.

11.51am
In the bus, Siem Reap

Heyhowatsupyo. We're on the bus on the way to some resto for lunch :) We had a good time at Little Angels once again. We made sculptures and I was with three adorable kids named Ri, Car and David. It was fun and out of nowhere (and thanks to my artistic side, LOL), we managed to create an aeroplane! It looked awesome and we put our names on it as well. So overall, it was perfection :)

After that, we danced once again and I think we almost perfected it, hehehe. Then, slacked all the way. Just walked around and went on the swing! It was super awesome. I feel deprived... but!! It was all good. I obviously had fun, so after this we would be going back to play games with them :) Now is lunch lunch lunch!

1.12pm
In the bus, Siem Reap

Omg! Lunch was da bomb, hehehe. We had indian cuisine and I ate naan for the first time. It was damn niceeeeee. Also, I thought the papaya was carrot, LOL. And then we discussed games to play later. Hahaha. Can't wait. And now, PK told us a riddle which I kind of gave up on. Hahaha x)

4.53pm
In the bus, Siem Reap

We're on the bus back to the guesthouse. As always, we had fun @ the orphanage. :) We played games with the kids there such as "virus", "spot the leader" and "fire, earthquake, hunter". It was fun. Lots of screaming and stuff! Oh! And we played "freeze" as well. Hilarious stuff man. x) Oveall, it was damn tiring but fun too, heheh.

After that, we went on that swing chair thing under the hut and it became some kind of musical taxi. LOL. The kids started swarming the place and they started singing song which half of it we couldn't understand but it was still entertaining :) We screamed, cheered, clapped, sung and just partied on the swing until God knows what time. Soon, we're packing up and finally on our way back to the guesthouse then to have dinner at another resto, I think.

And bad news! Chin Chin is down :( She has a temperature of 38.3 degree Celsius even though she looked fine. So she had to go back to the guesthouse and its damn sad. Even though Ling Ling is actually better now, she can only come for tomorrow's activity. Sadly, now there are 2 down and we have to take more caution of our health. I pray that they would get well soon and everyone would have good health as well.

I should get some rest now. Oh and I think I'm getting a sore throat soon x)

6.19pm
In the bus, Siem Reap

Having such a bumpy ride right now like giahjklfjeawljkclamc. Just kidding. Its not that bad. My hand-writing is still nice LOL. So we're on the way for dinner at some unknown resto but I can't wait because I'm so damn hungry.

Anyway, good news! There is wi-fi at the guesthouse! Yehey! But its only at the lobby/lounge, so... unfortunately only in the mornings or meetings we are able to use the internet.

Oh! And Chin Chin and Ling Ling feel much better right now, so they're following us for dinner as well so yehey! agin. I heard we're going for night market tonight. So hopefully! Other than that, I can't think of anything else but food so till again! When I am full! Oh! We're here :)

7.22pm
In the bus, Siem Reap

Back from dinner and its the best one so far. Hilarious, I swear! I haven't laughed for a long time that much!!! My stomach was aching, hahaha. Had a good time laughing with Rina, Banana, Bea, Angela, Chin Chin and Ling Ling, about SPASMS. We were doing sudden spasms out of nowhere which was damn funny and even Liu was there to witness the crazy table. Thank goodness he semi-lifted the silent meal rules and all of us ended up making lots of noise :)

The food was not that bad but the mango was super powerful! Totally ate 2 plates of it -SPASM- LOLOLOLOL. I like surprises. Anyway, as I was saying -SPASM-!!! So we're on the way back to the guesthouse and the bus is getting noisy, wahahahahaha. Oh oh! I just remembered that some people disrespecting me during dinner. Got problem is it? LOL, step. Its getting really crazy in here, hahaha. -SPASM-!!!

See you later, alligator! :)

11.42pm
Room 227, Guesthouse, Siem Reap

Ugh. I'm so pissed off right now. Like really really pissed off. Maybe not that but i'm still pissed. irritated. frustrated. angry.

We've gotten like akjsdkjawkj294123912 lectures tonight and every single one is not different because all are impying the same things: we suck. lol -__- okay, maybe not. But they talked or in fact nagged about our behaviour and every single particular flaw they could find. The positive feedback? None. Nada. They described as if we were the worst bunch ever. Seriously? Seeerrrrrriiiiooouuussslllyyy???

Firstly, they compared us with last year's batch. They said that they were so tired that they even kept quiet in meals, just to sleep was all in their minds and that showed that they worked extremely hard. Which then leads to the fact that they were actually productive in coming here because they did a lot of things. Well, sorry (sarcastic tone) that a bird flu was flying around in Battambang and you all decided to choose a date when there's serious flooding in Cambodia AND its holidays for the students.

They are totally blaming us for not being as productive as last year's batch and its just so unfair how we are at fault here. I mean I know we didn't do much and we weren't as loaded with work as last year's batch but they didn't have to rub it in our damn faces.

Secondly, they practically find every fault possible as I've said. Latecoming, meals, and even bus rides. BUS RIDES. Seeerrriioouussslllyyy?? Our sleeping time at night gets cut off, they end debrief so bloody late, ask ICs to meet when we only heard "teaching" and "toilet painting" volunteerees and then asks us to do pumping in the middle of the night, gives one bloody long lecture and asks us to have a meeting of our own. Irritating pe?!

Then want to step go and make meeting time in the morning early but then later change again when they said it won't change. Serrriiouussllyy?? And they start saying we are the different people from what they saw at the Tzu Chi Foundation yada yada yada yada.

What do they exactly want us to do? Transform or something? to a car? an aeroplane? geez... They seriously are unfair and do not even think about how things are not even our fault. Its not our fault we had to move back to Siem Reap. So there's actually no need to keep finding faults about our performance of the day. Even small things, scold scold. Big things, scold scold.

Thirdly, they make it seem like the things we did were nothing, kosong, useless. The efforts put into creating the logistics for teaching and the hard work we actually give to try to teach the students and interact with them. The fact that things are actually successful despite the slight screw-ups, the students still have fun.

But at least recognize the efforts and our dedication because actually this matters but you don't see it. We don't show it? Because its blocked by the fact that we have too many faults.

Lastly, they try to make us feel like shiz when they compare how we act in school in Singapore to the students who study here. Yes, they are determined and are thirsty for knowledge but don't need to keep rubbing it in (as always). The fact that they are slightly disadvantaged in learning because of their lifestyle makes quite a difference. The students in Singapore are used to it and are likely to take things for granted. But making us repeat over and over again, is just annoying. And not as inspirational as the first time it was heard. Life in singapore and cambodia is definitely different or maybe there's a slight similarity but there's no need to keep saying we are not as good as them, in terms of discipline towards their studies.

I had a lot of running in my head and I just felt like screaming my head off at them. But I managed to restrain myself, and it was unfortunate that we didn't get to voice out. I swear I was damn pissed that I could strangle them. Ha. Okay, maybe not.

I am so sleepy and if I can remember, I would write about it. For now, I'm going to sleep and party in my dreams. My buddy's sleeping already and so I should. I must be damn sleepy tht I can't think. Soooo, all the best. (why the heck did I write that?)

The aircon's getting cold and I can't wait. (LOL, no idea why i wrote that too...)
Goodnight :)

P/S: Still pissed with them >:(
PP/S: Being a rebel and sleeping over lights off.
PPP/S: Hope everything goes well.

Wow, that was a long rant at night. I didn't know I was that angry. Hahaha.

12 Nov 2011, Saturday
8.26am
In the bus, Siem Reap

Good morning :) In the bus right now and its quite bumpy. We're on our way to the orphanage and I'm feeling quite restless. I'm gonna fix tables later on so goodluck me with that. After yesterday, the teachers have been nagging non-stop so today they decided to take the "back seat" and let us run the show, lol. Back seat reminds me of Rebecca Black's "Friday".

KICCKIN' IN THE FRONT SEAT, SITTING IN THE BACK SEAT. GOTTA MAKE MY MIND UP WHICH SEAT CAN I TAAAAAAAAAKEEEEEEE?????!!!! ITS FRIDAY FRIDAY!!!!

Anyway, its actually saturday. And the last day for the activities and last day in the orphanage ;(  So hopefully everything would be successful and the teachers would be happy and stop PMSing about everything -___-

11.29am
In the bus, Siem Reap

Fun morning at the Orphanage as always :) Firstly, fixed some tables which was DIFFICULT, I swear. My hand was vibrating or having a SPASM (hahaha) after knocking one nail and its so hard to put it in an angle! I had to keep knocking like mad and this guy had to take out a few nails for me cause the nails I hit were stuck. LOL. Fail. It was tiring but managed to finish everything.

Afterwards, I was free so we just mingled and decided to go to the teaching and help out. This guy, Ri or Malaria, was just staring into space and not even doing any questions. And when we asked him to do, he will bend his head and look like he was doing his work but nothing comes out. Hahaha. I tried teaching him but he had quite a problem with the basics in the first place so we hardly understood anything. But he was an interesting boy, very very hyper.

So after a hard struggle teaching some people Maths, specifically division and multiplication, we moved on to English! By playing hangman. It was damn hilarious because all of them were super excited when they got the correct answers. And there was so much chaos and funnily enough, we joined in to make more noise by screaming and cheering our heads off. It was good to see them very enthusiastic over the game and they seemed to have fun. Also, it was good to help them learn more about spelling.

Also, one incident happened for which the answer was "pig" but they immediately guessed "cat" when they saw a cat perched on top of the TV and we all started pointing at it. It was damn funny how they were shouting "C! C! C!"

Overall, it was super fun and I think my throat is extremely dry. So gotta drink lots of wata!! Its scorching outside and we're here for lunch!!

7.10pm
In the bus, Siem Reap

Holy moly! That was fuhriggin' crazy! The party was damn crazy, I swear. Its been such a long day and everything was extremely good.

So, after lunch we came back to the orphanage to play some games and prepare for the party slash campfire. We were kind of lost at first but then we managed to start the activities by playing the "hoolahoop" game or stepping stones which was kind of a fail because everybody walked in the end. Lol. But after that, we played "spot the leader" again and the "staring game", or "pointing the leader" game in fact.

It went pretty well and then PK suggested games that were super awesome. One was the "ransferring water from a bowl to a bottle" game (LOL). The name pretty much explains it but the thing is, we can only use the mouth and not the hands. So, it was really competitive and hilarious even though we watched only. Oh and it was so disgusting! hahaha. I mean there was spit everywhere!! akjaslfjaslkflaskdafkls. And there was some additional powder game as well. Insane mess, I tell you! I tell you!!!! Hmm... then, we played... oops. Dinner now!!

11.52pm
Room 227, Guesthouse, Siem Reap

I'm in the guesthouse room now, chilling on the bed. But I can't take it, I'm dead beat. I'll continue tomorrow during the loOOoOooOng bus rides. Last night in this guesthouse!

13 Nov 2011, Sunday
11.00am
In the bus, Siem Reap

Good morning! :) Firstly, my wrist is hurting like a donkey and I don't know why. Maybe it was my position when sleeping last night or for some other reasons but i'm so lazy and it hurts!!! :( Still, I'm gonna write about what happened...

So as I was saying, after we played the water game, we decided to play the "Eagle, chick, mother hen" game which was madness because some of them were damn rough and the girls were screaming. Then there was the "sack hopping" game and "H2O". It was all damn fun and soon, the party mode was on :) They actually prepared most of things and the first activity was PINATA!

They had about 5 or 6 clay pots as the pinata, which they hung up and all the teachers, Rizan, Karshing and one cambodian kid participated. It was hilarious watching them look for the pot but most hit and dropped. It was crazy cheering for them and the kids really ambushed the center when the pot dropped. Then, we had the "freeze " game but we danced around the table of fruits, it was awesome :)

Then, there was the dancing of Funky town! It was powerful and successful and also the kids got to join in which was good. Right after, we had the phototaking and the giving souvenirs. Then, the party started!!!

It started getting dark so we mingled around and passed glow sticks plus goodie bags. They also added a fire in the middle which was insane because everyone started dancing around it with the super loud speakers filled with music. Even though we could hardly see anything, we were jumping and dancing like nobody's business. It seriously felt like we were clubbing, hehehe :) We were screaming, singing and just dancing randomly.

And the fact that the kids were joining us with high spirits made it more fun and crazy; good crazy. Woop!! Then we just continued partying for minutes or hours, i'm not that sure. But it was good stuff. And time passes when you're having fun and soon, we had to leave the place :( So we had to leave the orphanage at 6.30pm because we had to go for dinner.

As much as we wanted to keep partying, we had to bid our goodbyes. And that was the ever last goodbye we gave and not those kinds that we knew we were going to come back the next day or the afternoon. It was the lastest lastest last last one  :( And dang, it was really sad. So after waving goodbye and farewell, we headed for dinner. We were kind of tired so it was quite dead and all we wanted was to go back and sleep, but guess what we got?!

NIGHT MARKET!!!!!!!! Yaaaaay. *plays happy song* We were given like only 45 minutes to shop around the place. And with limited time, etc, we just went around one part of the night market and didn't get to the deeper part. But at least I bought some useful stuff. hehehe, I also spent less than $20USD which is good for a first night. Then, we headed back to the guesthouse, did reflection, postponed the interview and went to sleep.

I was really exhausted so I couldn't write much as you can see from the previous entry. Anyways, we're going to temples, the new hotel and Ang Kor Wat today soon. :)

2.00pm
In the bus, Siem Reap

We just came back from a few temples in the Ang Kor Thom city such as the Bayon temple and some others. Its freaking damn HOTTTTTTT like really crazy hot and humid. Thank God I have my most trustworthy fan and sunglasses (LOL). Well, the attractions were actually pretty interesting. Some may be quite boring but at least I could understand half of what PK was talking about, haha.

Just that the weather was abit gay and it was really tiring, so yeap. I managed to take a few pictures but my not so trustworthy camera decided to die on me halfway. so, screw you Nikon camera!!! x( My iPod decided to die on me too so screw that too. But luckily I have my charger...

So, we're going to eat soon! Hungry like a... bear (daheck?)

11.00pm
Room 136, Prum Bayon Hotel, Siem Reap

Ang Kor Wat was the beast :) Had a lot of fun walking around and taking photos. The information of the carving was really cool and despite the super hot weather (as usual), it was still okay. We climbed all the levels of the AKW, which was super high by the way! But it was really a nice view from on top. Unfortunately, it had to close soon and so we washed the... LOL. Did I just write "washed"? I meant WATCHED. LOL. We WATCHED the sun set from a corner of the Angkor Wat and it was really nice.

Enjoyed just fooling around and overall, it was a nice place to go to. I actually went to one of the 7 wonders of the world! Zomgoodness... x) So, 6 more to go! HAHA. After seeing the attraction, we finally went for dinner. And did I mention that the sellers of the souvenirs and stuff are damn persistent? They will follow you until the entrance of the bus and even run after you. Crazy stuff man?!?!?! Its like zombies right after your ass.

Dinner was good :) We went to the first resto we went to in Siem Reap as always, they served yummy food. Right after, it was time for the awesome... NIGHT MARKET!!! Woo hoo!!! And the good thing is that we were given, 2 solid hours to shop! TWO HOURS! It was madness :) We go to spend a lot of money on the night market. Does that sentence even make sense? Aaaanyway, I bought quite a lot of things and I'm actually quite satisfied as well :) And I also managed to get my whole family and the wolves souvenirs: so yeehee!

After the night market, we were such happy people despite being exhausted. And did I mention that we are in an awesome hotel? :) Say hello to Prum Bayon Hotel!!! Super awesome :) Its like MBS in Singapore. The bathroom, bed, lights, TV, door, window, chairs, the other window, and everything else is good!!!

So interview got cancelled and here we are, in the hotel room chilling in the room with the TV on but not packing x) The beds are in a mess but i'll watch first, heheh. Oh! Interview got cancelled ;) (LOL, I just realized I said it twice)

Those mistakes I wrote are actually ACTUAL mistakes I made when I was writing in the journal, so it looks pretty stupid when I type it out HAHA.

14 Nov 2011, Monday
9.00am
In the bus, Siem Reap

Morning Morning :) We had breakfast at the cafe in the hotel which was yummy!! It was like buffet style and the food was like pancakes, hotdogs, ham, noodles, eggs, toast and more, zomg. Seriously satisfying for the stomach. After breakfast, I went for my interview which was actually fast (and furious!?!?!) Lol, no. So, I was finally done.

Then it was time to go for the next past of the tour. And we had to check out from PB Hotel already cause we were only spending one night :( Anyway, three pairs of slippers were taken which was damn retarded because who in the world takes slippers from a hotel? Apparently three of them. Its not even in a plastic bag. LOL. crazy shiz..

Then, finally time to gooo!! So now, we're on our way to the Ton Le Sap Lake to see the floating village :O

2.00pm
In the bus, Siem Reap

Woo hoo :) Ton Le Sap Lake was super cool. We went on a boat ride and it was really shiok, hehe. But it was kind of sad for the people living on the boat houses because they practically live there their whole life and their transport are actually small canoes. Even the small children had to learn at a young age and they go to school by canoes on their own. Also learnt a couple of information that was really interesting :)

We had lunch at some countryside and it was decent. So now, we are on our way to Phnom Penh and halfway the village of the crickets and tarantulas. We are also watching 127 Hours now which is super aksjfldsjflkajsflke because of the guy's ways of trying to live. And its a real life story!!! It makes the movie much more inspirational than it is. Hohoho.

Oh! And I am extremely urgent. No idea why my bladder is so weak. n_n

5.10pm
In the bus, Siem Reap

Ohemgeeznuts! I just had a tarantula on my hand and it was so ticklish, LOL. I ate one more cricket and its actually fine. Abit seaweed-ish but its cool. I feel badass too, heheh. :) So, after I don't know how many hours ride, we reached this village and we went for toilet break and some went to buy snacks or insects, haha.

And then it was back on the road!! :) We watched Fast and Furious 5 after 127 Hours but I didn't really pay attention because I was playing PANTS with Bea -__-. We're on the bus now, on the way to Phnom Penh, which is a few more hours, I think :/ I might sleep a bit or act emo and stuff, BYE!

7.15pm
In the bus, Phnom Penh

Ogay!! We just checked in another hotel in Phnom Penh and its called New York Hotel. And it sucks, lol. Okay maybe not that bad but not as good as PB Hotel, I guess...

Its pretty creepy because they are super superstitious. They don't have 4th floor and the room 604 because it has a '4' in it. Creepy or what?!!?!?! Anyway, we are going for dinner soon. Nom nom nom!

8.50pm
In the bus, Phnom Penh

Haha! Dinner was really epic. So we're going back to the hotel and finally get some rest. We ate at some malaysian restaurant and suddenly PK comes in saying that Rizan and Yanto have problems with their visa, and a police came to ask them question if not they would have to extend their stay in Cambodia. We were damn shocked!!

And when they left the resto, the teachers started instructing us to get ready for the surprise we were giving them because its their birthday month. HAHAHA. Totally fooled most of us!! Then Mr Liu was there, stepping a ngry but actually he was acting. Damn LOL. The teachers and PK not bad uh..

So obviously, Rizan & Yanto were surpised by the surprise. -___- lol. And then we ate cake. And I ate 2 rambutans!! #justsaying HAHA. Step twitter. Anyway, we're going back to the meh hotel and its our last night in Cambodia!! :O

11.53pm
Room 602, New York Hotel, Phnom Penh

I'm in the hotel room chilling with my socks on! haha. not kidding.... -___- I mean JOKE! I actually am not wearing my socks... so yeah. end of story. ANYHOOS. I am actually getting ready to just fall asleep with the TV on and just watching awesome music videos of Akon, LOL. My luggage is all packed and I feel clean :)

This hotel is actually not that bad. Just quite creepy. Anyway, we had our smelly reflection time in the teachers' room and it went fine just that sometimes things get a little long-winded. Good thing was that for routine order, the lights off timing was at 11.30pm and we had 2 hours to pack and shiz. So basically we still didn't really lights off at 11.30pm because we're rebels.

And here we are just listening to the music and I'm writing. Oh and I just got milo from Rinodino just now. #justsaying. HAHA. Step twitter. Didn't I say that before? no? lol. DEJAVUUUUU. Hmmm, I'm awesome and I might fall asleep soon, so may I have sweet dreams. Woop woop :)

15 Nov 2011, Tuesday
8.35am
In the bus, Phnom Penh

Hello bello! :) On the bus on the way to S. 21. Which was the place where all the educated people suffered and those with mistakes. Its gonna be harsh and sad, and we cannot smile and stuff. So yeah, let's see how it goes. Mehhh!

Oh and we had breakfast at the rooftop! Lol. It was not even open space so our feelings kena cheated. x( The food for breakfast was not as good as PB hotel's one too. So, kinda meh. And there's another school from SG in the same hotel. Jurong Sec, I think. So awkward x) Oh, we're here~~

11.30am
In the bus, Phnom Penh

Woah. That was some sad stuff. There were so many people killed and it was seriously super harsh!!! I mean like they used so many weapons and they killed every single one with so much hatred. The children were thrown in the air and the gun would shoot them. Like waddameh?! And they would be stuck in a "VIP room and harshly killed by electrifying them or just hitting them.

They even kept hundreds in a single room with hardly any place to move. And the pictures of those who were killed and the suffering were too sad. The story about the two australian foreigners who were also killed was seriously.... :(

Also, this guy called Bou Meng survived and is still alive! SURVIVED!!! So, he's selling a book on what he experienced and he also painted the sufferings that happened. Which was nicely painted but seriously sad. Haiyo :( I can't believe they killed their own people just to control the country because of communism! And how dumb can it get?

They want to only kill the educated people because they know and have the right mind to object? Might as well kill themselves right? They are educated what -___- sigh. At least there's no more such  things happening here.

We also went to this place where actually the massive killing and graves happened so it was called the killing field and the museum included of all the skulls and bones of the victims. It was pretty creepy, okay, actually super creepy because we were like walking in a cemetery and on the bodies! They actually squeezed hundred over bodies in a plot of land and there were clothes hanging around on the ground.

Pause. Hahahaha. "Hanging around on the ground" sounds ironic, LOL.

Anywaaaay, back to the topic. So it was really tragic because they literally slammed the children on the tree until their teeth fell off. Ouch... And they actually used the Banyan tree to hang people by their knecks and when they cry out for help, they will play really really loud music through the loud speakers to drown out the cries.

Its really a sad thing to imagine but it really happened. :( I pray that all the souls would rest in peace and the families that were affected would be okay. Hmm...

So now, we're on the bus going for lunch soon. And then get our luggage to go to the airport. And finally back to Singapore! Wow, I can't believe its all over. I really won't forget this trip because a whole lot of memorable things happened. I'm gonna miss this place :( But! Sentimental speech later, chill first. I'm so hungry! x( I hope the food is good!! THAT RHYMES.

5.05pm
In the airport, Phnom Penh

This is fucking gay. seriously. Even in the airport? seeerrriiousssllyyy?? This is damn stupid. I swea these teachers are just... ugh. I can't even describe them. We're on the way back to Singapore and still want to scold?! Got so much saliva is it? zomg. I really cannot take it. This is the only thing I hate about being in the Cambodia trip. Seriously. The rest of the things are way better and memorable so I shall just erase all these annoying things and stick to the good stuff. I'll just think that the teachers weren't there in the first place.

Haha! So harsh. But seriously -__-. Pissing me off real badly. Haiyoyoyo. Anyway, looking at the bright side.. Oh wait! No bright side here, suckers. Lol. Just kidding. The bright side is... that we can be remembered.. as the worst and most unluckiest batch ever! Woop! Perfection. Where's the prize.

Damn. I just realized my handwriting is always so nice when i'm pissed. I should be writing like agnlskfnkawsmclwaefc d. But i'm not.. So we're actually on the way back to singapore soon. We're waiting for the boarding country to open :) Which is around 10 more minutes or so. But i am so EXCITED!! We, we, we so excited! We so excited! Hehe. I can't wait to see my family and friends.

Anyway, I'm still hating the fact that I can't make it for Leap of Faith. Sigh :( Seriously sigh... Nevermind, things happen for a reason. SO... but noooooooo! *cries for a little while more* I really want to go :( Okay, I'm done.

As I was saying, I'm gonna miss Cambodia so much, its not even funny. Its been really an experience and believe it or not, I know I brought back something. Not just souvenirs (LOL), but values too. The experience and memories I have gotten from this trip will not be forgotten even good or bad. I'm gonna miss everything here and I just want to thank all my fans out there. LOL kidding.

I mean the whole Cambodia team, my cultural exchange team, David, PK, the bus driver, the agent, K, the restos, and yeah that's all. LOL. Kidding. again. I don't want to thank the teachers too. They've been nice at some times but mostly, like witches but wadevaaaa.

WADEVAA!!! x) Gonna continue on the airplane! Or is it aeroplane? Airplane? Aeroplane? air? plane? plate? spoon? WADEVAAAA!!

-----

Okay, I'm done! Whew! That was ridiculously long, its not even funny... x) I think I just broke a finger while typing this whole essay of my week in Cambodia. Dang, why did I write so much? Anyhoos, I'm finally done so I hope you enjoyed and got a good view of what we basically did there :D And if you realized, I didn't actually continue in the airplane... or aeroplane. Hahaha.

Alrighty then, ciao me amigos!

XO.

Ryn.
