Game of Life, National Science Challenge

Today was pretty eventful even though there was school :) Apparently, most of the SCs were involved for being the game masters for the real version of 'The Game of Life'. I was in the Job section so I had to be one of the interviewers for those who wants to get a job. I was with Syukrina (supposedly Mai but she ditched school), Catherine Lee, Louis and Trishtan. It was craaaazy, but fun. :~)

I interviewed a couple of students and it was funny because I could reject them and ask questions that were relevant to the job that they wanted. Such as, if they want to be a fireman, they were supposed to know things about fire fighting. If not, TEH (that's suppose to be the sound effect for wrong), REEEEJECTED! Muahahaha.

It was fun trying to be strict and all and they would be all "Awwww man" when I reject them. And when they do get the job, they jump up and down as if they're really gotten it. Well, that's too bad because it was just a game. Hahaha. Overall, I had fun screaming and getting them all stressed up. I played it last year and it was fun too because we could get our pay for every 20 minutes. Friggin' 20 minutes! I'd be a millionaire within an hour if I had such a high pay! LOL.

Afterwards, there was the National Science Challenge competition for the lower secondary after school. It was more like a private session in the AVT because only the judges, the scholars, and the lower sec participants were there to watch the whole thing.

It was better than expected, and thank goodness a success as well because everything was such in a rush and I didn't know it would turn out quite that good. Sadly, not all the classes were there but those who went were still great. Some of the presentations were really impressive and there were adorable students that was fun to watch as they tried to make things as entertaining as ever.

One guy was doing a one-man show because all his other classmates ditched him so he showed his swing-sound invention kind of thing and it was hilarious because all he did was hit the thing, and just project the sound energy. He just kept hitting it just like that! He didn't say much and 30 seconds later we thought he was done, and then he started hitting it again! Hahaha, it was hilarious.

Overall, it was a success :~) If there is gonna be another one in the future, hopefully more participants will join!

What a good day! Last day of school is coming soon, and there's no school tomorrow! Yay!

P/S: HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO KATY PERRY! Woohoo! I love her songs :~)

XO.
